Bipolar Disorder Management
Expert, ongoing care for bipolar disorder — because stability is not just possible, it is achievable.
Understanding Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder, formerly known as manic-depressive illness, is a mental health condition characterised by extreme mood swings that include emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression). These mood episodes can affect sleep, energy, activity, behaviour, and the ability to think clearly.
Bipolar disorder is a lifelong condition — but it is highly manageable with the right treatment. At Jai Ram Psychiatry Clinic, Dr. Lt. Col. Aanuj Yadav (Retd.) provides expert, ongoing management that combines medication, therapy, lifestyle guidance, and regular monitoring to help patients achieve and maintain stability.
With 14 years of Army psychiatric experience and DNB Psychiatry qualification, Dr. Yadav understands the complexities of bipolar disorder — and he works closely with each patient and their family to create a sustainable management plan that supports long-term wellness.
